Return Policy

Our return process

We value your happiness; therefore, complete satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days from when they were received.

Purchases may be returned at one of our stores, by phone, or online (except cash refund returns which must be made in-store only). Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation and materials, and brought back to the store within 14 days of purchase (online returns must be shipped back within 21 days of purchase). Any items that were purchased while marked on sale or at a reduced price are not eligible for a refund. We’ll then process the exchange or full refund. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed, after quality inspection on the returned item is completed.

ONLINE RETURNS

Online returns must be requested within 14 days of in-store purchase or shipment date and items must be received within 21 days of in-store purchase or shipment date. Items received after 21 days or with the security tag missing or removed cannot be returned.

To request a return online, please email info@BrillianceJewels.com with the order number and reason for return, unless the item was noted as final sale.

IN-STORE RETURNS

In-store purchases may be returned at either one of our boutiques. In-store returns must be made within 14 days of purchase or shipment date. Items received after 14 days are eligible for consignment only at store owner’s discretion. Email or call us to find out more about consigning with us.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 48 hours for re-authentication and processing. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers. For in-store cash refunds, you will receive a check either in the mail, in-person, or cash back at managers’ discretion.

For any purchases made using gift cards, the funds will be reattributed to the card you used or you may be issued a replacement gift card.
