I worked with Brilliance remotely to purchase a used Chopard. I had worked with multiple dealers previously but Brilliance stood out far and away above the rest. Their responsiveness, detailed descriptions, and transparency / accommodation during negotiations were all top notch. Once the purchase was finalized, the watch was in my hands in <18 hours (1500 miles away). I knew up front mine did not come with an original box, but the brilliance packaging/ steps to protect the watch during transit were above expectation. It even came with a receipt from a waterproofing test which was unexpected but a nice touch. In a world where it can be difficult to earn trust over the internet/phone, Brilliance definitely passes the test with flying colors. Highly Recommended.
